Members of the public are being given the chance to take a closer look at the region’s ambulance service at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust’s 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The meeting will be held on Tuesday 26 September 2017 at York Racecourse (Ebor Boxes 4-6), York, YO23 1EX, between 11.30am and 1.00pm. It will be preceded by a presentation at 11.00am from Ruth Crabtree, the Trust’s Clinical Lead for Public Health, on the ambulance service’s role in public health.

The event will provide an opportunity for people to meet with a range of staff including members of the Trust Board and frontline clinicians and learn about the latest developments at the Service and its performance over the past year. The AGM will highlight the Trust’s achievements during 2016-17, will detail its plans for the future and will formally present the annual report and accounts for this period.

If you would like to attend the AGM please register your interest by emailing foundationtrust@yas.nhs.uk or telephoning 01924 584416.
